BRIEF: Suspected fraudulent voter arrested months after skipping hearing

Source: The Monitor, McAllen, TexasSept.存倉 05--Police arrested a Cameron County man Friday on suspicion of illegally voting in an April 2010 Hidalgo County primary election.An Hidalgo County grand jury indicted Israel Garza, 34, earlier this year and the 404th state District Court in Cameron County issued a notice of arraignment for June 6. Garza skipped that court date, and the court issued a warrant for his arrest, stipulating that he be held without bond following the arrest.A Cameron迷你倉County jailor said the jail's roster did not include Garza's name, but added that did not mean Garza was not in custody.
